One of the comrades arrested under the “Caso Bombas” and made out to be the leader of the supposed illicit association, was released from preventative detention and placed under house arrest.
Pablo Morales Fuhrimann was released after the unanimous decision of the Sixth Division Court of Appeals in Santiago, after considering the extensive preventative measures and the closure of the investigation on March 24th.
Morales had been in prison as a preventative measure since the 14th of August 2010 in the High Security prison in Santiago after being charged with forming and leading an Illicit Terrorist Association for the Placement of Explosive Devices.
