Sentences of 10 years and one day in jail, to life imprisonment, are possible sentenced that the 15 defendants in the “Bombs Case” could receive, according to the indictment filed by the prosecution.
The southern metropolitan fiscal, Alejandro Peña, presented his indictment in Octavo Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago, specifying the penalties applied to the court for each of the defendants.
